This partnership development comprises a 121 room YMCA hostel for YMCA St Paul’s Group. The new facility at 200 The Broadway will replace the existing YMCA building.

 

The development of the current building makes land available for a subsequent 135-unit residential scheme in the borough; providing much needed new homes in the area, whilst keeping YMCA facilities operational throughout the development process and beyond.

 

The 135-unit residential scheme will consist of a mix of studio, one, two and three-bed properties.
